The all-stars are a great Team! Linked ability is very cool and can really get the players into better positions.
Great models and unique abilities. Fantastic team
I think they would look great painted gunmetal grey, silver and yellow.
Super awesome video, keep them going , almost i am getting there to get my dreadball out from storage
I paint in a similar fashion as the house art. two reasons,
one that the opponent immediately recognises me,
two that I can recognise the pieces when I come back to them after five or more years.
Luckily the Draconis figures can be identified by their poses. Has no glove? Guardian. Has a glove, and holds it up? Jack. Has a glove, and doesn’t hold it up? Striker. Has a glove, but on its knees? Prone player.
It’s more tricky for the Yndij 🙂
As for painting scheme, I feel red fits them well. This might also make them go fasta’ 🙂
Absolutely love these Neo-bots – loving the look of the new edition so far!
Awesome models 🙂 I’d paint them gold.
Linked is agreat ability. Look a useful team. Pretty cool mini’s as well. Liking the Irn Bru theme.
I played as the Draconis All-Stars for my first playthrough of Dreadball 2nd edition. I managed to landslide the Matsudan Tectonics in the 9th rush. A great all-round team, and the Linked ability is not to be underestimated.
These Draconics look brutal 🙂 I like their red-silver scheme
They do look an awful lot better when painted but I’m still a little iffy on the details on these minis . . . I want to like the game, but I need to get past this.
Super awesome video, keep them going, getting super exciting this week, looks total awesome the new edition of dreadball
Great vid and nice minis. Looking forward to giving second edition a go!
THey look absolutely terrifying. In a game where you never quite have enough actions, these lads do.
Love the candy colour for the robots
Interesting to hear about the captains rule. Seems fair enough to me. At face value I like the changes so far. Not wild about the Drac guard shoulder pads though. Still, I like the Iron Bruisers!
I’m really hoping this takes off at the local store. I would love to play in a league. The Sumo lizard guys are a must buy for me but these guys sound like a fun team to play too…might have to get both 🙂
I think the red does look ok but think I’d be doing them as Black and White, a stormtrooper look might apt at the minute on this site. But mine would be mainly black with white trim.
The Draconis are fun! Red colour is also fun!
Yea, I think I would go more for tin bliz base with a red highlight to bring the models together.
like the over the top names ;p
Mantic’s fluff is always great.
loved the 1e of this game, got put off a little by the proliferation of teams, especially the power creep of teams like the rebs and the convicts. Am over the moon they’ve had a chance to review and balance the teams.
Bots are cool, red is nice :)
