Did I just hear @johnlyons admit I was right about something lol 😉
Send Satan a bit water bottle now guys!!! 😉
Looking good John. So, are we going to get a battle report anytime soon with these guys or the Prussionans you did awhile back? I love the look of both armies, but once the painting vlogs were done we never see them again.
It is something I would love to see done. Honestly I enjoy seeing the armies finished and ranked up. That’s my main satisfaction. But getting games in with them does prove difficult with the number of projects I go through and the number in line waiting their turn 🙂 Someday soon I would love to do a project recap video, like an armies on parade 🙂
It’s really coming together now, and the metallic touch on the weapons etc really works well. The white on the faces brings all that beautiful skull detail out nicely, and it’s something I’ve been doing on mine as well.
I love how your guys are coming together. Your metalwork is so subtle and effective. It’s great 🙂
Yep, think these couple of extra touches are worth it. Adds a bit more contrast.
I don’t know…I kinda liked the ‘dull’ version. That earthy feel. But I do get, that on the table, when you’re looking from afar, they’d be a just a grey/brown mass. I felt that added to their creepiness, that the only real ‘splash’ of color was their glow. I do like this more ‘contrasty’ version too. They will stand out more on the table now.
the weapons yes the edge will have fresh mettle when used, the skulls/bones not so much the bones don’t always bleach white in the ground.
