You mentioned in the video that you try to kill Vulkan asap. Is this to get rid of his chapter tactics? If so, my understanding is that the chapter tactics stick around, even if Vulkan is dead. The codex states that “if you include He’stan…” It doesn’t say “While He’stan is on the table”
