Grab New May Releases For Heavy Gear From Dream Pod 9

May has seen a whole load of new releases for the Heavy Gear games by Dream Pod 9. Check out the different releases below which features some pretty cool looking Gears...
As you can see we have a lot of nicely dynamic Gears right out of the gate. I love the Southern M.P. Cadre box set just above with those epic looking riot shields attached to them.
I've also always liked the idea of huge hulking walkers having guns that normal humans would have, scaled up to fit them. Like those awesomely big shotguns!
Paratroopers have also been added to the line up with both the Chasseur and Jerboa. The Chasseur looks like one of your standard Gears but the Jerboa comes with those cool looking wheels for feet. Very anime indeed.
As well as the models you can also pick up this Decal Sheet if you don't fancy free handing all the detail onto these models. I'm pretty sure transfers have saved me on more than one occasion and these will undoubtedly be no different.

In general I’m a big fan of MP and Paratrooper Gears (the NuCoal ones in particular are awesome) but I’ve only ever collected Northern Gears. So I’m looking forward to some new or single releases from north of the badlands sometime soon 😉
There is something in gears armed with shotguns or similar weapons and having shields that makes them rather awesome.
I like the paint job on them.
I love them especially the riot shields
