A few things have popped up already:
(1) The way you explain the melee stat implies you need a 3+ (for example) instead of it being a modifier to the roll against the targets reaction…
(2) The Assault Leader has an unlimited amount of spears
(3) It should be noted that the Assault Leader’s diamond shard grenades do NOT cause blood.
With a veteran Kemvar player such situation NEVER happens. And the berseker is likely to be slaugthered by Kemvar heavy (benefiting from cover+ stealth + a bonus for being 2 storey above). Kemvars are cheated. That’s it that’s all. The only way you can impede them is with USCR and suppresion and even with this boring solution you’re not even sure to win a scenario!
