When I play my WoC competitively, I like to do a similar combo to yours Swampy: -18 Chosen, Full Command -Mark of Tzeentch -Favor of the Gods -Wailing Banner And 1-2 Warshrines with Mark of Tzeentch. What this version of the combo lets you do is really focus your rolls on the Eye of the Gods table towards receiving the 12 gift of Stubborn and 4+ Wards.
