The Zombie Apokalypse Takes Over Mantic This January

Well it turns out the Mayans were just off by a little and the end of the world is coming, for Mantic's Warpath is becoming overtaken by the Zombie Apokalypse!
Created through the unholy joining of Mantic's Corporation, Ghoul and Zombie sprues the forces of the Zombie Apokalypse will be appearing this month. Just goes to show you really can't keep the Corporation down for long.
But what could be causing the forces of man to rise again like this?
This is Mortis, the leader of the Zombie Apokalypse. He will soon be appearing as a new metal miniature to lead your zombie horde. What exactly is he? I dunno.
Mortis isn't the greatest hero miniature Mantic have come out with, being altogether too bulky to look like part of an undead army. However, the idea of fielding a whole Corporation force of zombies is just too cool.

If there something that Mantic learn from coders is the philosophy DRY, very smart and the result is perfect!
Waiting for the Warpath Kickstarter, I’m sure it will bring a lot vehicle mayhem!
Looks like Typhus got up on the wrong side of the bed. Not impressed one bit from that model.

Mortis reminds me of The Fifth Elements’ metal alien guys. An odd looking choice, who in no way discernible fits in. Difficult to tell how cool he really is from the picture. I’ve found many of Mantic’s metal models look better in person.
Great idea to get the CorpZombies back. They do look great and a Warpath Kickstarter is sure to please. Especially if it’s chuck full of futuristic vehicles, huge robots and great looking armies.
P.S. I just noticed Enforces are included in the set. The Enforcers are great looking models and I’d love to see what a zombie version would look like. Pity Mantic didn’t show them off as well.
He looks like a warped Veer-Myn to me.
