Begin The Bolt Action Assault on Normandy with Warlord Games

Warlord Games have released their Bolt Action Starter Set, Assault on Normandy! Check out the box below which has everything you need to start fighting in the European Theatre as either the Germans or Americans...
Bolt Action: Assault on Normandy contains:
- Full-colour 216-page hardback Bolt Action rulebook
- 40 multi-pose, hard plastic 28mm miniatures:
- 20 US Army infantry
- 20 German Heer infantry
- 1 hard plastic Ruined Farmhouse
- 8 Bolt Action Orders Dice
Now you can get a small skirmish level game on the go in their new edition of the rules. I am very tempted by this! I'm really warring between the different periods of history that Warlord Games have created Starter Kits for and World War II has always been pretty interesting.
If you're looking for a quick way to get everything you need and playing pretty much right away this might just be the first stop you need.
What do you think of the Bolt Action Starter Set?

I did get plastic bases with the plastic German infantry though but… Read more »

I ordered this up after watching the battle here at BoW. So far I am very impressed with the contents. My Americans are about half way done and then onto the Germans. A bit nervous about how well I can paint (this is my first set of miniatures) but that is a whole different issue. The game manual is excellent and looks to make this a fun game. I am interested how the order dice system will work and would like to see if it works if there are more than two players. See if you can get an Allies… Read more »
