Fantasy Flight Seek Knowledge in the Call of Cthulhu Card Game
October 19, 2012 by dracs
Fantasy Flight have released a new deluxe expansion to the Call of Cthulhu card game, bringing yet more horror to Miskatonic University. Dare you join the ranks of the Seekers of Knowledge?
This expansion brings new students and faculty to Miskatonic University, introducing an entirely new subtype of character to deal with the research taking place far from the safety of Arkham. In the wastes of the Arctic and in the depths of deep caves, you can find the Explorers.
The new members of the university must come together to solve the latest mysteries of the Cthulhu mythos, unravelling a series of ancient prophecies.
But they need to hurry, for the new Seekers of Knowledge expansion also bring in a new host of adversaries, including several new Ancient Ones.
Do any of you play this card game? Will you be picking up this expansion?

Pretty much all… Read more »
Yes, I know it’s an expansion and not a new game. My points, however poorly phrased, still stand though. I’d like to see a cooperative LCG in the vein of the WoW card game or something rather than another dueling game (or expansion to one). Netrunner is here, and all other dueling LCGs have a new bar to jump over. Let’s explore the cooperative games some more.
