Grenadiers & Cultists Take Over Anvil Industry

Anvil Industry have a selection of new miniatures up for pre-order on their website. This has added to the Miniatures of the North line and they are looking pretty good...

First up are the Grenadiers from the Imperial Borders. They certainly would look the part in a Steampunk force, but something seems a little off in their height making them feel a little out of proportion? It might just be the photo though. The fact that they are more TRU-Scale means that while they might not fit into Warhammer 40,000 they could work well in Mantic's Warpath.

Next up are the Cultists looking to cause trouble and bring down some religious order. Again their more TRU-Scale nature takes them away from the heroic scale games. Maybe if you snipped off the pistols you could use them in a Fantasy setting? I think that might actually be the better bet. You could even add some customisation and make one of them into a wizard character for role-play.

This is also a render of the Sniper Rifle which will be coming in the future. This will form part of a larger weapon set allowing you to customise your forces.
