Fantasy Flight Go Trick Taking in Middle-Earth with The Hobbit

This card game has been wandering around in the world of board and card games for a while. The Hobbit, a trick taking card game by Martin Wallace will soon be unleashed on the world by Fantasy Flight Games.

Two to Five players take on the role of heroes or villains from the world of The Hobbit, trying to win a good hand of cards to then turn on your opponents. Gandalf, Thorin and Bilbo fight against the deadly dragon Smaug, and Bolg the Goblin King.

I have played a few games by Martin Wallace and this one might be a game that deserves being picked up. Trick taking games seem a simple way of playing, but this appears to have enough little differences to make it worth a try.
