So guys Andy and Vishal are at it again, this time Vishal has Nemo one of the Cygnar Warcasters and he's going to show you just how to use his spell locomotion to the best effect.

A warjack can only be allocated up to 3 focus right? How can there be 6 focus on the behemoth?
Good spot…
The Behemoth has a Dual Cortex, which means it has separate “brain” to control the two bombards it has.
Both cortex can be given up to 3 FOC, 3 for movement & melee attacks, 3 for ranged attacks.
Effectively the Behemoth is two warjacks in one!

How is it that the Khador warcaster wasn’t flattened by the Behemoth being slammed ? He was right behind it… Are you sure that rule applies ? Shouldn’t the warcaster be pushed back, or pushed over to one side ?
Also, what happened with the Cygnar Squire video ? Did you take it down because of the slight red issue at the beginning ? It was nothing, I assure you…
If there, was a picture problem at all, Lloyd won’t let it stay up.
If it doesn’t come back, I’ll do another.
Edit – actually, I’ll do a tip video, showing how the Squire works. 🙂

thats it fixed and back up

Yay !
Nice video. I do kinda wish you guys would slow these down a bit, though. If Daryl can take 10 minutes to explain space marine elite weapon ammo, surely you guys can take a minute to explain why Nemo got an extra point of focus from the Journeyman Warcaster, right? 🙂
… and then I get comments like “quit all that talking and get to the action!”
You realise I can’t win don’t you? 😉
BoW Andy
You’ll have to spend an extra focus point if you want to win over the crowd.
You can win. In order to do so you’ll have to make some battle reports though.
Since the objective of this video is making rules clearer I think you should take your time. If someone wants to see action he just shouldn’t look at a video explaining a rule in my opinion. Since you can’t please them all, why not make sure you at least achieve what you aim for? 😉
Well here’s the deal… if I have to explain every model, then I’ve blown the content for future videos featuring that model, plus I’m repeating myself when I do an unboxing vid. Questions like “why does the Behemoth get 6 FOC?” and “why did Nemo get an extra FOC?” give us ideas for more tips videos. Warmachine is different from 40K. The rules are tighter and there are fewer “rules questions” to answer. So, I decided to go in another direction and show some short scenario based tactics vids, centering on a particular rule, spell or ability. In order to… Read more »
Hi there, another great video guys. Top tips are good but personally I would also like to see more battlebox v battlebox games to really get the flow of a game. Not just to make sure I’m following the rulebook properly but also to demonstrate it to the Mrs. Hoping once she sees how to set up a sneaky assassination run on me it will spark her interest. Also, quick question, I got Cmdr Nemo last year but it came with mk1 card. Found mk2 field test cards PDF on privateer site and was wondering if the changes there were… Read more »
As far as I recall there was little to no change. It doesn’t really matter for a home game anyway. 🙂
Good luck getting your wife interested. Mine will only play Wings of War. 😀
BoW Andy
Looked like Kara Sloan to me xD – Good one tho.
YAY! More Warmachine, bring it on! Keep up the intensive explanations, that’s what the pause button is for, right?
Nice job guys. I’m still wondering why the behemonth didn’t smack into prime Irusk when it was pushed back though…
Behemoth*
I’m really happy your doing warmachine videos. but really this one is poor. you get several rules wrong like halving slam distance which you shouldnt as they have the same size base. Vish also premeasured his slam distance while measuring for locomotion which is downright cheating. Interested to see what you come up with next.
I agree, it is better to be accurate with these vids as lots of new players to the game are watching them, I would not allow pre-measuring in this way either. I would also request that you declare the stats that you are rolling for and against before you roll as it makes it clearer what you succeeding or failing at.
