Warlord Shout “For King and Country!” with Pike & Shotte
July 10, 2012 by brennon
If the ancient battlefields of Gaul don't appeal to you then how about looking to the 17th Century with Pike & Shotte from Warlord Games? If you need a little nudge then check out their starter set, For King and Country!
Much like with the Hail Caesar set, you get enough models for building the sides taking part in the wars of the 17th Century. There's also the book too which looks like an utterly amazing hardback.
So are you a fan of Pike & Shotte and looking to get your mates into the game?

I used to game ECW in 20mm many years ago. I’m always very tempted to get back into it when I see warlords offerings.
I’m afraid it’s Ironsides and the army of the Eastern Association for me.
Or you can do the Scots and fight both sides and them self 🙂
