New Imperial Humans Protect the Uncharted Seas
July 6, 2012 by brennon
We saw the releases for Dystopian Wars yesterday but here is the update on what's coming for the world of Uncharted Seas from Spartan Games. Check out this vessel for the Imperial Humans along with a few terrain features to make your docks safer...
Here you can see the Bastion model on the left and in more detail below...
There's also the addition to the Imperial fleet, the Elemental Class Sloop. These fast ships allow the masters of magic to practice their devastating spells and then unleash them on the unwary.
And of course the impressive guns of the Sea Fort will keep marauding pirates at bay.
That's a lot of guns. Then again, the Uncharted Seas are not a safe place to be, especially for poor traders trying to make their way in the world.
So will you be adding to your Uncharted collection this summer?

Spartan please put out a new UC book to breathe some life into this game.
But they just did – the Hardback Edition Master Rulebook; http://spartangames.co.uk/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=35_49&product_id=546
A third, or is it fourth(?) rulebook without an expansion/campaign book (that has been rumored for 2-3 years now) is needed to breathe life into Uncharted Seas. I understand that DW is the flagship game and its expansions have been timely b/c it makes money. I keep buying scenery and the odd ship that is released but the game needs new material, imo.
I love the forts – not only do they look cool but are clearly inspired by real old coastal defences (Tudor stuff I think) where the cannons are placed to cover multiple areas. Great attention to detail.
The forts are like Martello towers built to Repel Napoleon in the early 19th centuary.
The Bastion is like a Star fort it also has another name but i can’t remember. The design has been around since medieval times they are an Italian design.
