The Might of France is Reinforced in Dystopian Wars
April 27, 2012 by brennon
The Republique of France in Dystopian Wars has got a new wave of reinforcements to bring mechanised death and destruction to their enemies. Check out the new models from Spartan Games...
Check out their reinforcements on the ocean...
On land...
And in the air...
This is a pretty fantastic set of very well painted releases. Once again the new techniques for creating their models has paid off as these are great sculpts. I constantly love the mix of the Victorian and the ultra modern with their awesome energy weapons mounted on the hulls of their vessels.
Will you be adding these to your French armada?
They looked great as renders but even better painted. Whoever had the idea of making each theatre of war a different colour, echoing the Tricolore, should get a big cake or something – it’s an idea that makes the French stand out even more. I especially love the bold red air units – those guys clearly don’t like to hide.
Wouldn’t have expected that… 😉
That tricolor is something that I didn’t catch at first. Good point. I like that they really have pushed this force to match the options of the other states.
I am impressed to way those look. Those turned out very well.
Might get myself some of those, french sounds like a fun army to run
Spartan have really taken the fleet genre of wargaming, and totally owned it. I simply couldnt see myself going for a fleet based game that isnt by Spartan, I just seem to be blown away by everything they post over the past year or two.
