cant wait to get a game of this. i loved playing the first one at the studio, such a fun game. easy and has good re play value
I love the World War I version of this game, but the WWII variant doesn’t really do it for me, though I loved it at first. Lately I’ve been playing the Axis & Allies Air Force Miniatures game, and find it more satisfying. The planes are ginormous though, so I’m considering using Wings of War/Glory minis with the Angels 20 rules.
Anyone know any good plastic Japanese WW2 models?
Nice, I think I preferred the WW1 version you showed before, but that seems out of production when I last looked for it, so personally I’m waiting for X Wing to come out myself.
I’m assuming it will be a similar playstyle, plus, its star wars. What could possibly go wrong.
Can’t you still get Wings of war from Fantasy Flight Games???
This is welcome addition to Wings of War.
Really enjoy ww1 version, not sure about ww2. A great box set and models look pretty good.
Im really looking forward to the new ww1 minis- the eindekker and Airco look awesome. See the website for the pics

I’ve been thinking about getting into Wings of War with this new starter set but the odd choice of planes puts me off. I suspect they are trying to appeal to veteran ‘wings’ players who have already built up a collection of planes.
