Certainly can tell what he's doing in this pose. Makes a difference from the standard 'standing still firing' models we see. Also if you pick up the FCC Starter Kit you can also get this guy bundled in too!

Not the best picture but looks like it could be a very nice model indeed.
The MERCS range has always been one that has caused me some frustration as I’ve loved pretty much every piece of concept art for every model but sadly the minis themselves haven’t always been quite to my liking.
The FCC are probably the group I like the best model wise.
