Some deadly looking releases for Warmachines Cryx faction from Privateer Press have crawled out of the darkness.
Certainly all spiky bits and cruel looking barbs with these Helljacks. Loving the insect look and always nice to see painted up versions of models for sale.

Looks like it – plastic spiderjacks.
I’ll say it for all the Cryx players who struggled with pinning and weight balance issues on the metals…HUZZAH! They look just as evil as ever too.

I was hoping they would finally do plastic versions of these and now they have. Might finally get around to getting a few to add to my Cryx faction as I wasn’t to fond of putting the metal ones together after seeing a mate have a go and not having a lot of fun with it.

Well I have the metal version of the leviathan. Tough piece to put together properly with pinning but a very nice model. You need to put the pins straight through the model and attach the legs together with a single pin. The new resin ones look great. Wonder what they are like to play with??
at least we have learned not to buy any metal jacks for a while, it seems plastic will be the norm
