Haven’t found something against the tactic that Darell mentioned here in the errata and in the Q&A section of GW 🙂 It’s cheese time
That is why you should take a bsb or items that make you immune to panic, fear, terror or other items that allow you to reroll failed leadership tests. Also units that cause fear, such as orges, have no problems from this tactic. Fear causes do not need to take a panic test when a unit that causes terror charges them, since the terror causer only causes fear to fear causing units.
