A Call to Arms: Star Fleet to Premier at Dragonmeet
October 20, 2011 by beerogre
If you've been waiting for the latest annoucement about Mongoose Publishing's upcoming game A Call to Arms: Star Fleet... then wait no longer!
November 26th is the date for Dragonmeet this year, in Kensington Town Hall as usual. We think this is one of the best shows on the UK calendar and have chosen this venue for the UK launch of A Call to Arms: Star Fleet.
A Call to Arms: Star Fleet is a game of space combat in the Star Fleet Universe. Throughout humanity’s space-age history, the Federation has come under pressure from many enemies. Now you can play out these confrontations on the tabletop with entire fleets drawn from the Federation, Klingon Empire, Romulan Empire or any one of the many other fleets that range across the galaxy. From skirmishes involving lone destroyers to the clashing of large fleets against their bitterest rivals, A Call to Arms: Star Fleet is your ticket to exciting battles that take place in the depth of space.
Throughout the day we will be running demos and drop-in games of A Call to Arms: Star Fleet, so if you want to see how tough the Federation is or how nasty the Klingons can be, drop by and say hello!
As well as the full A Call to Arms: Star Fleet range, we will also have Designers & Dragons, Ant Assault, the latest Traveller Compendium, Secrets of the Ancients and many more new titles at the show. We will be in our usual place right in front of the hall entrance, so give us a wave as you come in!
A Call to Arms: Star Fleet is being done as a joint venture with Amarillo Design Bureau Inc. under the strict terms of their contract with Paramount Pictures Corporation
