Paranoid Miniatures Show Off The Very Creepy Angler For Mythos
February 23, 2017 by deltagamegirl22
And you thought an angler was scary underwater?! Have a look at what the guys from Paranoid Miniatures have dreamed up for the Angler of the Hidden Ones in Mythos! Shane Cook dreamed up the wickedly wonderful art and Raul Tavares sculpted the hell out of it (or into it?).
They have transformed what was something that definitely comes from the deep, into a creature that can work on land and keeps the sea feel of the Hidden Ones. As a second generation creature blended with Mythos to be able to survive on land, the Angler has a real nice blend of anatomy for land and sea.
And look at the size of this guy!
He's the familiar for the Dockland Queen, and essentially the size of a tiger!
What do you think of this terrifying Angler that's figured out how to survive on land?
"He's the familiar for the Dockland Queen, and essentially the size of a tiger!"
Could also be used as an alien.
Awesome!!
That’s utterly bonkers. Well done, fellas.
The inspiration came from Finding Nemo hehe.
Reminds me of the creatures from Riddick, very cool.
