Privateer's Matt Goetz Steps Into The Staff Scramble Ring

Exploring more of the hall we bumped into Matt Goetz from Privateer Press who was finally getting to play a game on the tabletop.

We wish him (and his opponent) luck and it's just great to see the guys from Privateer getting to interact with the community and play the game they put lot of work into.

I like seeing what the staff members take in their lists

Nice to see the staff playing the community. It was starting to sound like they had a very different playstile and it was causing them to not see rules interactions the public were, causing unbalanced models/lists. Days like this help counter that.

I like people who will play even though they know they are going to get slammed… It’s inherently noble (at least that’s what I keep telling myself)

Nice to see that the staff are getting to play and have some fun after all of their work and effort in creating the game and event.

‘I’m having a great time, except for being set on fire.’
I can see how that would be a problem

Nice to see the staff getting to enjoy themselves, and the community getting to beat them ;).

Wish I’d managed to get in a game against a staff member.
