Is Cygnar as good as they say? Could you find a way to beat them on the tabletop?

Sounds like a challenge to build an Army that can take down the Cygnar.
OOPS. Factions a little unbalanced.
I havent faced storm lances in mk3 so I cant comment on if they need a nerf. What i can say is I think PP needs to think about what needs a buff to make it more playable. They seem to have focussed more on the top 5% than the bottom 5% so far. Even then, a faction thats all middling isn’t fun.

It seems like the right approach to try and develop counters to things that you are likely to see at tournaments and it is nice to see that at the top levels they are building lists to counter the things they are most likely to see, since it seems to take skilled play.
no best army it relies on your pairing and scenario type, think on a one list tournament, maybe you will lose some punch if theres no warjacks and you run a electro list, or tempest ones and foe has stealth, relies on your skill knowing nailed what to do.
I like that they’re not just blindly following forum outcry and pulling out the nerf bat, but encouraging players to have a think and try to come up with counters.
Jason speaks sense, but I think we’re at the point where you need an out for Cygnar in your lists (where it was Cryx in MK2) or you’re just dust : \

Cygnar Cav seem to a good unit if the have counter unit so the much better
