Justin finishes off the day with a chat alongside Will Hungerford to explore more about the faction that is coming to your tabletops soon.
As mentioned previously this is a self-contained faction as it were which means that they aren't going to have an extensive release, much like with the Cephalyx.
Are you going to be picking up the Grymkin and do you want to know more?
I possibly may pick up some of the grymkin stuff
Oh they sound so interesting and the look of the faction is starting to grow on me.
The Arcana card mechanic sounds really cool!
I must admit, I do admire PP’s attempt to depict psychological horror in a tabletop war gaming faction. That isn’t a small ask, and from what I have seen thus far they seem to have handled it rather well. It also explains why they have added another horror type faction to the game, since each of the three deals with a different aspect of horror, and the Grymkin really do seem to cover new ground unlike the territory of either of the other horror oriented armies.
Oh that is going to play brilliantly … bugger … I may have to get this army after all …. how did that happen??

I would love to see a game on BoW when they can get their hands on the grymkin
Sounds like them Arcana cards are really going stir things up well for enemy forces, makes grymkin a little bit unpredictable too, I like it 🙂

The Grymkin are awesome! I will very likely get everything from that (luckily limited) faction! Beautiful, beautiful models, supercool background and sounds like they’ll be fun to play, too!
although i dont play the models for this faction are rather nice!

This sounds really interesting. I love the look of some of the Grymkin, especially the Heretic, and the ability to choose the Arcana cards after seeing the opponent’s army sounds like a really big benefit. Backstory sounds interesting as well since they stood up to Menoth.
Since the Grymkin is going to be a limited faction will somebody figure out Grymkin killing build?

The teasers didn’t get my interest. The release event didn’t really grab me. The Q&A sold me on this faction. They sound like so much fun.
I love everything about this faction. The look and the rules both really support their background. The New Faction Hangout yesterday was fascinating and I am already thinking about what paint scheme to use for them. I will be picking up the Grymkin Command book, as it sounds as though they have allowed their imaginations to run wild with it. As an example, the background for the Defier known as The Wanderer will meander around the artwork, following wherever inspiration leads. nice models but not all, sometimes models get better on hand than on pics so will wait to fully saw it prior to made a judgement!
I am really liking the interesting gameplay and the theme of this faction! I hope they couple the release with some info and fluff for the IKRPG, too. I’ve been GMing that and I’d like to see some RPG material as well.
