Wrath of Kings Week: Faction Guide – Nasier
January 31, 2017 by dignity
It's time to visit the largest nation in the Wrath of Kings continent, Kartoresh where we will discover the mask wielding warriors of the House of Nasier.
Watch Wrath of Kings Week
Sometimes the fire elemental infused masks of the Nasier warriors have more control of them than the other way around leading to some monstrous units being found amongst their ranks.
Justin also takes the opportunity to find out more about the defence chart which each unit in the game has and how they are utilised in-game.

This video is private…
Sorry about that, video is now live.
You don’t need to see this video. I’ll tell you what it says: Nasser is awesome. You should definitely get Nasier. Dual-wielding Swordmen (Ashmen), semi-naked crazies with skin like stone (Pelegarths and Pelegarth brutes), and fire magic. Much fire magic.
Even the bog standard line swordsmen of Nasier look badass.
Comment to win!
Nasier needs a cavalry. The big dudes are nice but a guy riding a critter would be more fun to paint. Maybe some type of prehistoric rhino would be a good mount.
Fluff is great so deep but models are not my cup of tea I like women with rihno skin, I would buy them just for having it in display cabinet.
Nasier is certainly a tough house, and without want people to see the human form.
Hmmmmm
Definitely some cool looking models. Don’t know if I’d call them my favourite.
I have these guys but I just cant take serious the Pelegarths. I do like that they don’t have the perfect super model body, but the band-aids over the nips make them look like some sort of S&M party goer.
They got some pretty nasty attack that i love,…. maybe this one for me but i have to put my mask on, just to be sure 😉
Thees look nice!
The foot soldiers (Ash soldiers, I think) look really good. I would love to paint some of them.
I do like the look of this faction, I’ve still got to try them out on the table though.
Another interesting house. I like having a tool to fit each situation and those Ashmen do look nice, can’t wait to see what is coming out for them in the future.
Loving the world building with this game delving into the social background and how it ties into the aesthetic of the Factions, in this case the traditions around the wearing of masks amongst House Nasier.
Theses guys are basically Samurai/Oni wearing possessed Kabuki masks, awsome 😀
Nice to see an aversion of the Squishy Wizard trope with that Rathor Sharman.
Awesome looking faction:D
Nasier seem to like their masks.
Look to be some really interesting kits, of them I think sorry to say the lady is the most lacking but she just seems a little out of place compared to all of the male basic troops which have a very interesting design.
But those big demons I really like the mask one seems interesting, the basic guys are alright but I think for me it is basically the big guys, and those basic troopers which really steal the show in this lot 😀
Very stylised faction. Very Japanese Onion type of look, very cool.
Love the fluff for this faction, and as always models are fantastic. We’re the models Dave’s personal, or studio models? Dave is a great painter so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were his. Awesome vid.
Sell me on Nasier BoW! Go!
Yep, sold. Now just waiting for Hadross to be sure but yep Nasier are amazing looking and particularly liking the Bloodchild.
Damn it!!! I’ve bought some! This is your fault BoW!!!
Not even got an opponent at the moment but the minis look so nice. They’ll be a painting challenge if nothing else!
😛
Is there a painting guide for the miniatures or just the fluff books?
We have a Wrath of Kings painting tutorial releasing soon this week, where Romain will be painting the Longhorn from the Nasier faction.
Wow – the Nasir really do look impressive!!
“Comment to win” – My favourite phrase on BoW.
the Nasier are missing something to appeal to me personally
