Konflikt ’47 Welcomes Soviet, German & British Weird World War Units
January 14, 2017 by brennon
Warlord Games has now released three new sets for the Soviets, Germans and British in Konflikt '47. Kicking things off we have my favourites, the Soviet Ursus Infantry.
These howling hulks are looking fantastic. I love the design of them which hasn't gone with a silly 'human' body with a bear head on the top - they are proper full on bears! They really hit the nail on the head with these.
Following on from these miniatures we also have the Fallschirmjager Falcon Infantry for your German forces. They might just be humans but they are soaring onto objectives ready to bring the fight to the enemy.
Armed with mean looking rifles and tooled up for a fight behind enemy lines they are looking rather neat. I like the designs that feature the full face masks rather than just the goggles but they are cool either way!
Finishing things off we have the long-awaited British Automated Infantry clanking into battle with their heavy machine guns.
Now this is how you do battle! Arm some big stompy robots with big guns and let them walk at the enemy as they drive them out of whatever hole the enemy is hiding in.
What do you think of these new options for the armies of Konflikt '47?
Drop your thoughts below!

Oh these are awesome. The Russian ones are unBEARably good.. heh …(oh shut up you fool). Is it a bad thing I want three factions now??? Hush, Warlord I am not asking you. Top stuff
No mother russia calls for defenders
All so lovely.. i find each time i watch a bolt action battle report its needs something alittle extra.. like weird war..!!! These robots would have be cool defending the english coast in the sealion battle reports….
Konflikt 47 just gets better it was the art for the bears that sold me on the game. So Warlords grand store opening in a few days, about that nothing new til everything painted ………
Also want to get a little Gaz truck cause they guys mounted in the back is just comedy
Those Ursus are going straight into my BA Soviet army!
In terms of models, there’s no doubt that K47 is game number 2 for me. I’m in the same boat as bearddragon14, I’ll be surprised if I end up with less than 3 factions. Sooo good.
Those werebears are really nice and those other models are also good.
Looking great – the Tin Tommies are very characterful.
They are all really nice releases. I especially like the Germans. They look like really good quality models too.
That infantry looks alot better scaled than the standard BA infantry .. really nice
The Ursus look fabulous, the falcon troops are great, with the robots look great for many games.
gotta love the tin cans.
Bears!!! Oh my … now I HAVE to get into this game. My poor wallet …
Really liking this stuff. The British automatons seem a little fragile looking, as minis I mean. May just have to figure out how to get a few of these.
Need to paint what I have before more shiny syndrome 🙁
If you do that sir, you’ll make the rest of us look bad ………You don’t want to do that …………Do you /?? …. *sniff*.
Are all the rules for these covered in the Core Rulebook?
Pretty sure all the stuff they’re releasing at the moment is covered in the core K47 rulebook. And I’d imagine that will be the case for a little while yet.
If the game does well (and it sounds like it’s at least doing well enough) then presumably they’ll want to expand the storyline as well as introduce new units, but I’m pretty sure they’re not at that stage yet.
I didnt like the bear troopers when the renders came out, but the painted sculpts are really cool.
Im still not sure about the robots for the British, it looks like IG88 only goofier.
As for the German release, I like those guys. I really like the Germans for this game but the starter set doesen’t do it for me, I prefer all the cool stuff they have like the power armour troopers, wolf troopers and night hunters.
