Privateer Press Release The Storm Raptor Today On The World Of Hordes
December 21, 2016 by brennon
Privateer Press are releasing the Storm Raptor today on the world of Hordes. The Circle of Orboros now has a powerful new winged gargantuan to add to their ranks.
"The storm raptor soars over the battlefields of Immoren, its body crackling with electrical energies. Its silhouette blots out the sun while its keen eyes scan for those who would oppose its druidic masters of the Circle Orboros.
The captive lightning that flickers through its feathers is unleashed in blinding arcs of voltaic energy as the raptor dives upon its prey, talons extended for the kill."
This big new plastic kit is quite the sight to behold and I love the amount of detail worked into the wings and the armour. The Storm Raptor is also in the perfect pose for the battlefield, swooping in to rip at its foes with those claws.
Will you be picking one up?

That is one great looking huge bird.
I really like this … (Circle…or Trollbloods … sigh……No have to finish Cygnar first …….but soooooo nice …)
It’s… it’s so beautiful…
@elromanozo maybe someone could paint it for us? 😉
I don’t even play Warmachine or Hordes but this would make an amazing stand alone project.
Hahaha, I just made myself laugh at the idea of having enough free painting time for a stand alone project!
Still though, great model.
that’s bonny make a great war phoenix? with the detail in the feathers in the hues of a rainbow.
If it’s big enough you could use it as a prop for a Una the Falconer cosplay…

That be mighty heavy on your arm.
I can see Kings of War players going nuts for this. Would look class in a Basilean army
Bookmarked for a future purchase. I just want to paint it and have posed on top of my computer monitor.
This looks jaw-dropping awesome! I don’t really play Orboros but may pick them up now.
