Wyrd Games Hints At Upcoming Factions For The Other Side Game
November 29, 2016 by stvitusdancern
Wyrd Games has created a weird and wonderful world with their game Malifaux and now they want to explore what is happening on this side of the Breach in the new and upcoming game called The Other Side.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not know too much about this new game other than it will take place on the Earth side of the Breach and that it will be squad based with walkers in 32mm. Of course, the card mechanic will be involved as well that made Malifaux so interesting to play.
They have only released the names of four of the factions: Abyssinia, Cult of the Burning Man, Gibbering Hordes, and King's Empire and nothing else at this time only to say the game will be going to Kickstarter in the near future.
As soon as we can get updates or Dawn can work her magic at the fine folks at Wyrd Games we will let you know more.
Are you as curious as we are to learn more?

Oooh. Shiney!
As little as these bits of insights might seem, together with the AW we already got the imagination is spinning. And, yeah, I’m pretty sure that fishy horde and this supposed wicker man occults are going to be my kind of nasties.
Maybe these are the suits for a new set of cards?
I’m a bit worried about pre-assembled miniatures and hope that their QA is pretty high with good quality materials.
Is there anything more filthy to a table top wargamer than the term ‘Pre-assembled miniatures’
It’ll be interesting to see the Kickstarter I’m a huge fan of Malifaux it’s probably my number one tabletop game right now. I just hope the Kickstarter isn’t coming too soon as I have Mythic Battles:Pantheon and Kingdom Death to pay for in the next month and a half.
