Old School Orcs Take Shape From Antediluvian Miniatures
November 6, 2016 by brennon
Antediluvian Miniatures are going to be taking to Kickstarter soon with some Old School Orcs which would find themselves at home in the role-playing books of the 80s and early 90s.
The collection will come with all manner of Orcs armed with an assortment of weapons. Here you see some with axes (above) but there will also be some with bows...
...and even some readying an artillery piece to shoot down larger foes.
You could see these characters being painted up in muted flesh tones or with browns and tans against black armour, as would be befitting of an evil army such as this.
Lastly, we also got a look at this Sorcerous character...
With his crooked staff and large wings, I don't think this chap is going to be the 'nice guy'. We're just waiting to see how this project grows and how they paint up too.
It's also nice to see Antediluvian diversifying into Fantasy as well as Pulp!
What do you think?

Cool, Zelda esque orcs and the bad guy from the D&D cartoon
very nice but they remind me more of the 90s GW beast men.
A ‘no’ from me.
Sorcerer has quite the Venger from D&D Cartoon feel to it 🙂
These look more like big kobolds than orcs. Not a fan.
More like some of the original pig faced Orcs. Though to me they remind me more of Gnolls
I honestly am not going to back this, all pledgers who backed Dungeon Explorers have yet to receive their pledge. Its November and their last update was in September. I understand things come up in Kickstarter but not having a monthly update devalues their reputation. Here is the link to dungeon explorers. Yea – No thanks.
