Final Days Approach For Warploque’s Icy & Northern Kickstarter

The Troubles In The North Kickstarter is coming to a close soon for ArcWorlde by Warploque Miniatures. We're totally blown away by their dragon...
Their majestic Arctic Dragon that you see below is an addition to their monster collection.
We have a soft spot for Dragons here at Beasts of War and I think the sculpting here is utterly amazing. Next to their other Dragon this really does stand head and shoulders above it I reckon.
We're loving the way that the scales have been matched with a fur of some kind, looking to its mountainous climate. The horned head is fantastic too.
Battling against the dragon we have the Njorsvald...
...and the Dark Lords as well as all manner of upgrades to some of the existing factions in the game.
If you're tempted by the world then you can also follow along with the tutorial (part one is above) that they've put together showing off the mechanics of the game.
This truly is a wonderful Fantasy world and we can't wait to see it expand even more.

I was about to post something very similar Ben, so thanks for doing this. If you like minis that are slightly different I’d encourage you to have a look at the kickstarter and it’s parent website. The mini’s are unique, the game irself doesn’t take long to learn. We had a great threesome (game … sigh) with the battle of trollbridge about a fortnight ago, and although the crew at arcworlde don’t profess to be anything other than a fun skirmish game, it was surprisingly tight, and up until the last round it could have gone anyway…… and it was… Read more »

35 hours to go … and the Heavy Troll with a rider and ballista on it has unlocked ….. only sketch stage …… but if you are familiar with Alex huntly’s work you know how good it will look.
Seriously if you haven’t seen this kickstarter , please do so, it is funded, the game play videos are great give it a go. =)
19 hours to go and 300 pounds to unlock the specialists which include the Wild Huntsman for the Norse, the psychotic firestarter for the Dark lord faction , and Valkyrie spirit for the Ancient dead (and let me say.. it looks like it’ll all be over if that fat lady sings
Given that it 1:30 am over in the UK… I will take it upon myself to post this. 18 hours to go and the three specialist for the 3 new factions are unlocked. The Wizards are the only stretch goal remaining is the wizards for each the faction … the waifish Vala for the Norse.. .. The Dark Walock (hopefully with cute book gremlin)for the Dark Lords and the arge Barrow Wright for the Ancient Dead ….. 1400 pounds needed could be a stretch but I hope they get there
They need 900 pounds in the last 3 hours to lock in the three Wizards. Hope they get there.
