Darrell takes a look at another terrain kit that he picked up from Scotia Grendel. This handy set comes with tents and camp fire, in fact all the stuff you need to create a piece of set-on terrain or an interesting objective.
Very nice scenery, love the character for them. Would be nice to get my hands on some of that for our fantasy battle games…especially since my mate plays goblins lol.
It’s a bit crude… But in a good way ! It’s perfectly goblin-esque.

I think that with the simplicity of the rules for terrain in 8th Ed Fantasy scenery like this becomes a much more viable option. It always seemed a little impractical having little village’esque styles of scenery in previous editions.
However, I am a little disappointed that companies keep releasing terrain products in 25mm scale instead of 28-35mm. I would prefer the scenery to be a little bit larger for practicality reasons.
All in all, these pieces seem like excellent theme pieces for an Orcs & Gobbo or as Darrel mentioned OGRE KINGDOMS! Hur hur hur!
I could find a use for them in many games.
Still would be nice to see more pre-painted scenery…not that I’m lazy or anything lol.
a couple of sets of that would make a nice Gnoblar shanty town
is it me or was there actually 5 tents and a fire
nice set
Have to say, combine this with the Goblin stronghold set and you practically have a goblin town.
