GCT Studios have another sneaky release for you this month for the Ito Clan as part of Bushido. Say hello to the banner waving Jirou...
"The Ito are not known for their courage like the stoic Bear or fearsome Dragon, however, that is not to say that their troops are not filled will a sense of pride and purpose when urged on for the Ito Mon.
Jirou flies the standard with honor inspiring his comrades against those who oppose the Snake."
He's a rather standard looking model (pun intended) but I think that overall you have quite the detailed looking sculpt. While the pose might not be the most inspiring the amount of interesting painting you're going to be doing here is matched by his usefulness on the tabletop in game.

Very nice.
this is an interesting mini. you can tell that they used sections from their archer mini for this. normally I might say that this is lazy sculpting, but I must confess that doing this lends itself to a look of familiarity across the ranks that really helps sell the idea or a large army.
