Rats & Pirates Clamber Aboard Bushido’s Ship
October 18, 2016 by brennon
A new wave of miniatures are on the way for Bushido for both the Cult of Yurei and the Jung Pirates. We start things off with the scrabbling Plague Rats ready to spread disease and nibble at your ankles.
Let's learn more about them...
"Man is not the only mortal open to the corruption and seduction of Yurei’s promises. Those that lie in the filth and dirt are easily swayed to its charms.
The Plague Rats are a perfect tool in the unfathomable plan of shapeless evil, spreading disease and death through the population like wild fire, lurking in the shadows ready to pounce on the weak or vulnerable."
I like their feral nature and you can see how the disease has taken hold of them, their fur scrubbed away and many boils now covering their skinny bodies. Creepy and awesome at the same time.
Sho Time
The Jung Pirates are not to be outdone as they gain another crew member, Sho.
"From the Jwar to the Golden Sands across the Barren Sea, no more able a deckhand can be found. His body a net of tight knotted muscle, his mind a map of the sea."
A good deckhand is always good to have around and he looks like he's seen his fair share of fighting on the high seas. You don't want to know how deadly he could be with that hook of his and the axe strapped to his side!
Are you tempted by these new miniatures for Bushido?

I’m not really feeling the Jung Pirates. I think their poses are way too static compared to the other Bushido factions.
There is something off about his pose.
the rats are interesting.
Sho is rather good but those rats are more interesting.
I must agree with the others here. Sho is a bit meh in light of plague rats. Rats also do very well in game I have found. Many opponents have been ground to a halt in a sea of rats.
