A Dwarven King & Goblin Warlord Clash In New Warhammer Total War Expansion

A new Total War: Warhammer expansion is coming, bringing with it one of the most iconic struggles of Warhammer Fantasy. Dwarfs and Greenskins fight for Karak Eight Peaks in The King and The Warlord.
Karak Eight Peaks is a legendary hold of the dwarfs, long ago taken from them by the combined might of the skaven and goblins. It is now the stronghold of Warlord Skarsnik, while Belegar Ironhammer, the descendant of the kings of the Karak, mounts an expedition to reclaim his ancestral home.
This new expansion brings with it two Legendary Lords, Skarsnik and Belegar Ironhammer, along with new campaigns to accompany them.
It also brings with it a number of new additions to both the dwarf and greenskin forces, including squigs, rangers, bolt throwers and nasty skulkers.
This expansion builds on the game with some iconic Warhammer conflicts. The appearance of the squigs is something I am particularly happy to see as they, along with the rest of the Night Goblins sub-faction, were my favourite part of the greenskins.

Loads of good stuff being added to this as the expansions come out – I’m glad I didn’t buy it at launch though, or I’d be suffering badly from DLC fatigue by now, and would be thoroughly sick of being asked for extra cash.
Given I don’t get too much time for computer gaming these days, I’ll be waiting for this to come into a Steam sale, or for a Game of the Year edition with plenty of the DLC bundled in.
