New Flat Minis Heroes Get Ready For An RPG Adventure
September 27, 2016 by brennon
Flat Minis have added some more heroes to their collection allowing you to add new characters to your role-play collection. See what you think of them...
Once again we're seeing some typical Fantasy archetypes coming through as well as something a bit different too. Taking the lead we have the Human Warrior.
While branded as a Warrior I think that he'd also work as a Paladin too. It's also neat to see a character with dark skin which is a nice inclusive option for people looking for a character to play.
Next up we have the Human Barbarian.
Here we have another mighty warrior with a pair of axes compared to the single axe we saw before. Where the Warrior works as a Paladin too this Barbarian works as both a Human and a Goliath if you're going to include them in your campaign.
We now move onto the Dwarf Warrior who is a stout looking fighter.
This gruff looking warrior looks great in his heavy armour and you could imagine him clanking around in a dungeon grumbling about the damp.
The Elf Monk then joins the fighting in a slightly more armoured style than their previous piece. I think the big gauntlets show him off as someone at a higher level perhaps.
Last but not least we have something a bit more atypical with the Tiefling Paladin. Where the horned ones are normally shown as spellcasters of some kind or another it's nice to see a Paladin joining the roster.
I like that maybe he has decided to show a different side of the Tiefling but that inside he is still warring with his devil nature. He also 'feels' like a Paladin too with big shoulder armour and a massive shield.
What do you make of their latest heroes?

perfect for travel games?
Very much so! Just pop them off the stands and put them in your bag 🙂
they will have to do a range of monsters as well.
Interesting idea.
I had a look at these the last time they showed up and they are terriffic. I agree with @zorg though, a range of monsters would be a great addition.
mmmh, i think they should do a bundle. They are not exactly cheap. I can find plastic minis for that price, or way less (per mini)with paizo’s standee….
