A Sorcerer Weaves His Spells Over Puppets War
September 27, 2016 by dracs
Following up on the release of their Druid, Puppets War have come out with another magic caster; a cowled and mysterious Sorcerer.
Puppets War's sculpt captures the mystery we tend to associate with magic users, caught in the grips of a spectral wind as he casts a spell.
The book floating below his hand is an especially nice touch. After all, when you're a powerful mage why would you bother to hold your spell book?
I really like this model and I could see it being used as a Grey Collage wizard in Warhammer Fantasy Battles or even as the leader of a warband in Frostgrave.
What kind of wizards do you want Puppets War to make?

the floating book is a really nice touch!
Like the look of the floating book, but would like to see it from the side to see how well it’s been executed.
nice loving the book as well.
To echo my esteemed commenters, the floaty book is a great touch. Nice!
I, too, am in favour of the floaty book!
Sweet idea and looks great.
