Baccus 6mm Shows Off Some Historical Works In Progress
September 27, 2016 by stvitusdancern
I love miniature scale (15mm and less) miniatures and one of the companies I keep my eye on is Baccus 6mm. They have some wonderful products for those who are looking to go big in the tiny scale. They currently updated us about three new ranges they are working on and have posted some pictures of the WIP greens.
They are the Rangers and British Light Infantry for the French & Indian War (see above), the second set are some Fallschirmjager to compliment the earlier released British Paras.
The last set shown was some resculpted pikemen for the English Civil War. It amazes me how much detail they can get into such a small miniature. For those of you who look to have more realistic weapons, you might want to look into this scale.
Have you tried small scale miniatures?

These look like they could be fun.
Looking forward to the new ECW range. There will be additional figures for 30yw as well
I forgot to ask Pete when talking to him whether the pikemen will be supplied open handed as well so you can use your own pikes
Pete makes excellent figures.
The detail is astonishing. Thay put some 15mm to shame.
The pikemen won’t also come as open handed variants as Pete has said they spent a long time getting the hands right on the pikes and they wouldn’t look right if you glued on your own pikes
