Pilot Your Own Titan Walker With Flytrap Factory
August 22, 2016 by brennon
Maybe somewhat inspired by a recent games Multiplayer Tech Test Flytrap Factory have shown off their work on LEO 7 for your Sci-Fi battles.
As you can see it's a huge looking beast and I do like this design of walker where it seems a lot more dexterous. The one thing I'd say stands against the miniature is the design of the gun. Something about it doesn't seem like it fits just yet, BUT this is a prototype.
There's also this version with the pilot on the back...
Now would you like to see this included alongside a range of other walkers done in this style? I could see a rather epic skirmish game coming together featuring these and some homebrew rules.
What do you think?

Looks amazing. Is this inspired by Titanfall?
perfect for Horizon Wars
oh hello finally some Titanfall inspired work 🙂 Good timing with no. 2 out in 3 months.
Nice! Apart from the collectors edition piece and the slightly iffy K’nex kits, there was a surprising lack of toys or models that tied in with the original game. I think that will change with Titanfall 2 (the action figures from..McFarlane, I think..) look pretty decent but if you are looking for something that was designed with the tabletop in mind then this is a pretty decent option!
There were some toys for the first game, but they came out quite a while after the game so never really got traction. Mcfarlane are doing a range for Titanfall 2 though, and the look pretty sweet.
nice could be an up armoured walker from a Avitar type game?
Had considered putting together a homebrew Titanfall game on the back of the first Titanfall. I envisaged it as a 15mm game using some of the cracking stuff from Critical Mass. Will keep an eye on this.
