Heer46 have worked with Stoessi's Heroes to create five new characters that would be great for dropping into your World War II games on the tabletop. See what you think of them as we kick off with the German SS Officer, Hans.

German SS Officer - Hans

While it's tempted to use him in a full on battlefield role imagine if you dropped him into a skirmish game instead. You could play out a game where the French Resistance if trying to take on the Germans and assassinate this particular officer on the streets of Paris.

Soviet & Saskatchewanian Snipers

Following on from the Germans officer we turn towards the Soviets who get the Red Army Sniper, Lyudmilla. She looks rather relaxed with her sniper rifle.

Red Army Sniper - Lyudmilla

The perfect lady for an Enemy At The Gates style scenario where you're using a few snipers to take on German patrols? If you prefer someone from the Commonwealth to be your sniper meet the Canadian Highlander Sergeant, Harold.

Canadian Highlander Soldier - Harold

Another good sniper who is in more of a battlefield pose compared to Lyudmilla. He looks like he has just taken a shot and is reloading ready for the next hit. A rather awesome miniature and worth painting up with a nice foliage covered base I reckon.

British & American Grit

Finishing off the releases for their character range we have the British Airborne General, Roy...

British Airborne General - Roy

...and the US Officer, Donny.

US Officer - Donny

Here you have two great battlefield generals that would look awesome leading the troops into battle. Roy with his pistol out looks like an utter bad ass whilst Donny is directing the troops around.

What do you think of these characters?
