Unboxing: Relic Knights – Cerci Speed Circuit Battle Box
May 24, 2016 by dignity
It's that time again, we're looking at Relic Knights from Ninja Division. Today John and myself are opening up the Cerci Speed Circuit Battle Box.
The models in this kit are beautiful and if you know anything about Ninja Division, you may recognise Marie Claude the famous cosplayer along with her cute little minion, Esmee!

Cerci are my main faction. I’ve took home two tournament wins with them. Justin, Feint is a move you do after your action and before your follow-up move.Flip means flip that number of cards from the top of you esper deck, count the relevant types of esper for the effect, then shuffle them back in. The difference in card sizes for the knights is between the plastic ones and the resin ones. The plastic knights came in a box which had space for the larger card, but since switching to resin they’re now in blisters which don’t. You can’t intentionally… Read more »
Ahh, the pit crew, I enjoyed slicing them both in half with my diamondback. And kojin berserkers.
Cerci was the faction my friend went with, they’re definitely fast, but very squishy, things like my diamondback could usually slice through their units in one or two attacks, they really don’t take hits well.
pretty deadly in pink.
Cerci is really good for timed matches, no other faction can complete objectives as fast. They do tend to struggle in long games or when you have higher points to achieve.
As far as the models go, they are one of the factions that caught my eye and drew me into the game. I love the Pacer robots for all the character and in-game shenanigans they can pull!
I rather like speedy glass cannons. It’s how I play Frag.
The Cerci starter box might have some fragile models in it, but I rarely take a casualty when running Malya, Betty, and Lug. Those three also put out a hefty amount of damage. Don’t underestimate the speed circuit or write them off as only good for running around completing objectives.
The royal Wrecker has an ability all the time normally only on attacks. You can drag around objectives with it. This is one of my favorite moves.
11:45 – yes, Marie Claude has a scarf. That’s the scarf she ties me up with in my dreams every night, and, ehh … um … never mind. 😐
If I were to get into this game, I’d start with this box. They look ace!
“Let me grab Marie-Claude’s body here.” …You wish. 😉
