AdeptiCon 2016 Live Blog – Part Three

The ever popular pirate game, Fist Full of Seamen (yes we know) is in full swing and they have people playing from all over the world. Even the guys from Warlord got in on the action and wanted to play the cannibals.

On the Lamb has brought miniatures for Endless Tactics and they also have Red Panda sharing space with them.

Welcome to day 3 of Adepticon 2016. As always we bring you the gridwalk of the vendor area, so you too can experience the wonderful land of minis and toys!

This area in the Discovery Game Hall is for game demos and guess what table was seeing a lot of action this morning.

Fantasy Flight Games is here and as everybody knows they have a big X-Wing tournament going on this weekend. But they also brought other goodies.

The Vikings are hard at work this am to conquer the tables as the Saga Grand Melee continues. A few lovely displays are popping up as well.

There's tables and tables of fantasy games being played. Of course, I find myself drawn to anything with beautiful Flying creatures. The picture may not do it justice, but there was a golden dragon that shined with glitter that looked fantastic!

Dawn and the guys from Anvil 8 Games get together and talk Aetherium.

Justin talks to Dawn about all the wonderful extras that they offer to help elevate your miniatures to the next level.

Dawn finds Dan from Tectonic Craft Studios and we find out what he brought with him this year.

It's always nice to see what special games are tucked into some of the quieter halls. Little Wars is being played on a beautiful table.

Dawn corners Simon and tries her best to get more Dropfleet information from him. We were hoping to see a new box somewhere.

Adepticon has one of the best atmospheres you could ask for, as it appeals to the hardcore gamers but also offers plenty of options for casual gamers and families. The Russell's attend the convention every year, so it was only fitting that we put Todd to work.

Carlos is getting ready to talk Infinity and we are recording it for you to post shortly. We are also going to try YouTube Live!

Privateer Press is in the vendor hall and they have brought their beautiful miniatures for Warmachine.

Here are some quick looks at the art going into the game Paragon coming to Kickstarter soon.

While wandering the rooms upstairs, we found Bolt Action under way. Some great looking tables and armies in use. I loved the use of train tracks on the table.

Over in the Infinity Gaming Hall we see the players going full on to be crowned this year's champion.

I found a massive game of Space Hulk in the hallway upstairs. It was great listening to the talk of strategy and the players addressing each other as Commander and Officer seeking report on the damage and amunition remaining.
