Are You “Good Enough” For The Goonies: Adventure Card Game?
March 23, 2016 by deltagamegirl22
Admit it, you've always wanted to be part of the Goonies and go off on an epic adventure with your friends to find the secret location of One-Eyed Willy... and now you'll get your chance! As Cyndi Lauper once asked, are you "Good Enough?" (you're welcome).
Albino Dragon has a fantastic project on Kickstarter right now that will put us all back into one of our favorite 80's adventures in The Goonies: Adventure Card Game. If you like themed cards, then you'll be hard pressed to find a more wonderful assortment than those from Albino Dragon.
In this game, players are working to cooperatively defeat the Fratelli's and claim the treasures to save their home- and if the Fratelli's are bad enough, players must overcome obstacles along the way and beware the various traps places to deter those that seek the treasure.
This is a fast an fun, beer and pretzels type of card game that allows us the guilty pleasure of revisiting one of the most fun adventures from the 80's.
Will you be joining the Goonies in their epic adventure for One-Eyed Willy's treasure?

One-Eyed Willy, hehe.
But seriously, As a Goonies fan I might check this game out.
Lol I know, they couldn’t have called him something else?
Ugh… At the risk of sounding unpopular, I’ll say this : PLEASE not another revival from the eighties ! Especially not that one. I mean it was cult, but it wasn’t good. The story wasn’t good and the acting was extremely bad (not just the kids). It’s just that somehow it became iconic.
Totally with you there. Eighties revivalism is getting a tad boring and the best summary I can think of with the Goonies is it’s not as good as you remember. I remember watching it as a kid and loving it, I watched it a couple of years ago and just thought it was just 90 minutes of kids screaming.
nay be a fun game.
