Puppets War Make History With An Iconic Fountain
March 17, 2016 by dracs
Puppets War have published a preview of a new terrain piece that's a little different from their usual stuff as it has been inspired by a well known historical image, the Barmaley Fountain.
The Barmaley Fountain in Stalingrad became one of the iconic images of WWII after photographer Emmanuil Evzerikhin pictured it with the destruction of the city in the background.
Puppets War have done a good job at recreating the fountain and its inclusion will help to set the scene for any WWII game set in Stalingrad.
Puppets War have said they may make more such pieces inspired by history like this. What ones would you like to see?

I’m thinking that could be good for Malifaux or Batman…
nice.
as seen in the enemy at the gate.
I think I need a fountain for frostgrave…
What he said!
That looks really nice.
I was working on building one of those for a stalingrad board for bolt action. Still looking for an alligator.
