Valindra & Her Wight Come To Gale Force Nine’s D&D

Gale Force Nine have added some more exquisite Dungeons & Dragons characters to their collection with Valindra Shadowmantle & Wight joining their Collector's Series. See what you think of this dark lich who threatens Neverwinter...

Valindra features in the Neverwinter MMORPG and looks rather striking next to her Wight servant. You will see Valindra in the main opening cinematic for the game and her presence can be felt throughout the first few quests you undertake. It would be rather awesome to play out the events of Neverwinter as part of your campaigns on the tabletop.

Despite the sculpting quality of Valindra however I think that my favourite of the two models in this set is the Wight. I like the really dynamic pose and I think they've done a great job making it look brutal and dangerous.

I'd make him a particularly well known Wight who potentially leads a larger host of the undead. I like the idea of using him as someone important rather than just another mook.
