Thats rather good for the scale they are.
im just painting some of these up and they are great minis – easily on par with FoW. The only drawback is that they dont include bases (and the grenade throwing one looks a bit weird to my eyes)
On the PSC website he also sells RapidFire and maybe Blitzkrieg Commander. The lack of a base is maybe an issue for FoW but a bit of plasticcard should sort you out. The eastern front was a big deal- horrors, massive battles and huge sacrifice from both sides. i think without the second front UK in big trouble and USA would have come to late if we had been taken out. I don’t really want to argue with you, but… I really don’t understand about what 2nd front are you talking about, cause the 2nd front was opened only in 1944.
its not clear is it.
Germany went to war in the west and then opened a second front vs USSR. That was the second front i meant (ie Germany having two fronts to deal with)
To muddy waters Stalin wanted a “2nd front” from rest of allies and Churchill was obsessed with Africa being a route into the soft under belly of the axis powers which didnt impress Stalin all that much. D Day was what Stalin had wanted at a time when UK/USA just couldnt make it happen

Nice little minis. I should have kept the massive bags of soldiers like these I used to buy, alas. I do agree that this scale is a bit fiddly…I do prefer 28mm.
