I like the kit chats. Give a bit of flavor to the weekend outside the gaming tables. Nicely done gang.
That weapon is downright crazy! Can take a beating and keeps on going.
7.62mm rules! It also has the best muzzle break too. Memories…
p.s., sorry, great description of the weapon! 10/10
The weapon is iconic but I’d rather have a more accurate weapon.
Loads of those used in airsoft
I LOVE THESE gears!
The AK and PM… Firearms that can take beating and keep on ticking.
Love the shoes! 😀
That is what i love about the Boot Camp, those reenactors and the knowledge about the kit…
i love the enthusiasm we as gamers have for the historical background that go along with our games. makes all the years of studying history at school worth it!
Indeed, research is half the fun in my opinion. Knowing the true capabilities and TO&Es makes experimenting with them a fun option. “What if I use 3 platoons of 4 tanks instead of 4 platoons of 3 tanks?”
And a lot of the service weapons in the world are based on it. And yes in Sweden we hade a great fear of Sovjet special forces so much so that all tele repair men in theory had a service gun to defend tele communications agains attack!><
its always interesting to see the kits in real life, thanks guys for these videos
Great informative shout out there
Amazing weapon, would love to operate one, one day.
I have to agree…….I’m glad the crew adds in these “Kit Chats”. Its like have a page from an Osprey book!
Have really liked these chats about the kit. Would have been good to hear more from our American friends in it as they have obviously ‘been there’.
The old British SLR could also take some punishment and still accurately…Also being a 7.62mm round made it quite a powerful rifle, thus it was commonly called the elephant gun. It was really easy to operate, easy to clean but a little heavy. It was a weapon that if you were by a round from it then you weren’t getting up, like wise if a squaddie clubbed you with one down you’d go.
Got to play with a Czech surplus one and a G3, think I’d rather have the NATO stuff
Well done, thumbs up!
Very nice.
Wicked weapon
It was great right up to the the Smurf shoes 🙂
Hey! Those Adidas shoes are damn comfy!
you won’t run out of ammo if your can get it from your enemy.
Really love that siluett!
Great stuff
I love guns. Actually got to fire an SKS once which seems (though I can’t say with any degree of accuracy) quite similar to the AK. Same bullet, for sure. Would love to give an AK a go, though.
