Fallen Frontiers Preview Riff Hulks & ARES Aterides

Fallen Frontiers shows off two more units coming soon for the forces of the Riff & ARES in their Sci-Fi game. The first of these are some heavily armoured warriors armed with some rather heavy duty cannons...

Riff Hulks

These hulking warriors remind me of the soldiers from games like Call of Duty who are armoured up and carry some deadly looking riot weapons into the fighting. I would imagine these Hulks are just as good at suppressing the enemy.

I like their skull like masks and the large eyes allow you to do something awesome with bright reds or greens maybe to offset against their dark armour. Well, that's just how I would paint them anyway!

ARES Aterides

Following up from them we have the decidedly less bulky Aterides who look like they take a more tactical angle on proceedings.

Armed with scopes on their rifles and silencers to boot they look like they will be sneaking around behind enemy lines ready to sabotage enemy communications and take out influential leaders.
