Oh for Pete’s sake, just stop eating crap, people ! Stop jiggling and start moving ! Seriously, it’s not that hard to eat right, even on a budget (eat less, for a start…), even if you don’t exercise. I’ve done it and I’m happier for it. Please stop the Fat Geek cliché !
I’m not trying to poke fun at fat people, but it’s probably what they deserve. It’s a crying shame.
