Spectre Go Undercover With Their Next Releases

Spectre are going undercover with their next round of releases for their modern military game. Available now are their Undercover Operators for Alfa Team, a range of soldiers who have got rid of the uniform and instead have donned civilian clothes to operate behind closed doors...
The sets give you four of these operators which you can see above with pistols and assault rifles drawn, ready to get stuck into the fighting when things go sour. Added to that you also have the option of picking up their SMG user too...
I think this is another great set of miniatures from Spectre which grows their range and adds new possibilities for the tabletop. I think it would be rather awesome to play games where things are quiet and calm to begin with as you move between crowds and more before all hell breaks loose.

When I get around to using 28mm – they will be on the list. As usual they are stunning – some very well-known poses and very well done.
I still think Spectre’s long guns are a bit too small, and the poses aren’t the best in this set, but the pistol guys are fine.
The HK416’s are all short barreled versions. As always, our guns are all exact 1/49th scale to the real versions. Modern firearms are a lot smaller than commonly thought.
To me the magazines look just enough smaller than they should be compared to the heads and hands that it draws my attention, might just be reality is unrealistic.
Are they undercover because of their cool guy mirrored sunglasses…tactical eyewear? Although, aside from the drawn weapons, the clean white athletic shoes are a sure disguise…they’re NOT dressed in black! Always a giveaway in any TV show or movies.
Spectre make amazing Miniatures.
Ordered these guys. Gonna use them as detectives responding to a robbery for a scenario. Use the plain clothes spetsnaz as the armed robbers. 🙂
