The HINT Team Show Off Production Models & More
October 18, 2015 by brennon
At Essen this year the team behind Human Interface: Nakamura Tower actually had some of their models for sale as a special bonus for coming to see them at the event. You can see some of the metal models in their finished state below. While some people haven't been overly happy with the quality of the sculpts I think they look pretty good...
You can see the A.I Project miniature alongside some of the members of the special operations teams involved with the game. Add to that one of the Ubermensch as well and you have quite a nice selection of different miniatures to work with there.
If they're getting to this stage with a variety of their miniatures then hopefully the game isn't far behind for backers. I would like to get my hands on a wide selection of their miniatures actually. Maybe these chaps will be at Salute next year!
Angels Descend
On top of these metal miniatures they have also shown off the render work on one of their SARS Angels. Eva Morales has now been sculpted digitally...
She looks like she has quite a bit of bionic work across her body. You can see it on her legs and arms although it might also work as a partial armoured bodysuit. Either way I think she looks like a proper Cyberpunk siren.
Do you think you'd appreciate her coming to your aid in a sticky situation?
Let me know below...

I like the render concepts, they look stunning! And that is the problem…
The renders set such a high expectation that the metal minis don’t appear to be delivering. It’s a shame because they have definitely got great miniature designs, it’s just I can’t help feeling a little let down by the finished(?) product. Of course owning a lot of Infinity, Raging Heroes, and Kingdom Death: Monster miniatures perhaps I am expecting too much?
That’s sometimes the problem with renders. They give a large amount of freedom to sculpt what you wish, but when cased all that fine detail vanishes due to it being so small. The other issue may be the type of pewter as its mixed tin and copper. Depending on the ratio of the alloys it can go into all the small details or just barely hint to them. Also it could be just bad molds to begin with. So there are lots of reasons why they look like that. Also I have some minis that are pewter and the detail… Read more »
I saw the actual painted minis at Spiel, and must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the minis. One of those cases where the images shown during the kickstarter really didn’t do a good job on showing the final product; which is quite a pitty as the minis looked really crisp, almost Infinity quality.
Good to hear what you saw was “almost Infinity quality”. Hopefully that is what the backers will get and what will end up in retail.
that’s the problem with a lot of metal minis the detail doesn’t show in pictures i’ve seen hasslefree ink theirs before photos to show up the details
Those are actually really nice. How ever Eva looks amazing.
the miniskirt is a very odd addition to the model. is she supposed to just walk and stand like a fashion model ?
i would much prefer a casual trousers allowing her to run (as she is supposed to^^)
That’s Cyberpunk for you. Style over Substance is key to the whole genre. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing as long as you look good doing it.
I was a bit worried when I heard some of the complaints about the miniatures, but they look fine in these photos. I’d still like to see some close up shots though.
Does anyone know if there are any anywhere?
And nothing is said about the GAME , its like its only the models that counts.
I can swap out these models if there pants , no problem , its more how the game plays !
So glad they’re metal. I’m not a big fan of resin which seems to be a growing trend these days. It feels too flimsy and brittle for my taste.
I hope the game is interesting :), even if it’s not at least I can use the minis for things like Warpath.
There’s a picture of a painted model in this Kickstarter Update.

Sadly, it’s not one of the best models. It’s still a good model but it doesn’t capture the spirit of Cyberpunk quite as well as some of the other miniatures in their range. That being said, the detail and posing on the miniature looks quite good.
The Resin Prototype photographs also look fairly good
